 Senate Bill350 (SB350) Six million dollars ($6,000,000) is appropriated from the General Fund to the Health Care Authority for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2026 to address transitional housing support needs for the reentry population and administer a housing stabilization program.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of Fiscal Year 2026 shall revert to the General Fund.
