Summary:
 Senate Bill 93 (SB 93) makes an appropriation to the Public Education Department for statewide out-of-school programming for public school students.
 
Legislation Overview:
 Senate Bill 93 (SB 93) appropriates $20,000,000 from the General Fund to the Public Education Department for expenditure in 2026 and subsequent years for the purposes of providing comprehensive and affordable of statewide out-of-school programming for public school students, as follows:
- $10,000,000 for school districts; and 
- $10,000,000 for local and statewide nonprofit community organizations.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the General Fund.
