Summary:
 House Bill 42 (HB42)makes an appropriation to the Health Care Authority for 2025 providing rate increases to service providers that receive reimbursement from certain Medicaid Waiver programs. Six million three hundred thousand dollars ($6,300,000) is to be appropriated.

 House Bill 42  (HB42) states six million three hundred thousand dollars ($6,300,000) is to be appropriated from the general fund to the health care authority for expenditure in fiscal year 2026 for providing rate increases to service providers that receive reimbursement from certain Medicaid waiver programs.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2026 shall revert to the general fund.
