 House Bill 188 (HB 188) expands the Dona Ana District magistrate riding circuit to include Sunland Park and Chaparral in Section 35-1-10 NMSA 1978.
Current Law: 
 There are currently seven judges in the Dona Ana Magistrate District in Las Cruces. These judges rotate riding circuit to Anthony and Hatch on a regular basis.
