 House Bill 160 (HB 160) This legislation is related to gaming in the state of New Mexico. The act focuses on the qualifications and salary of the Executive Director of the Gaming Control Board.  

 House Bill 160 (HB 160) This legislation details Employment History Requirement and 
•	proposes to expand the employment history qualifications for a candidate applying for the position of Executive Director of the Gaming Control Board. 
•	The candidate must have at least five years of responsible supervisory administrative experience in a regulatory agency or gaming industry. 
•	The Executive Director will be employed by, report directly to, and serve at the pleasure of the board.

Salary Limitation: The act specifies that the Executive Director's annual salary will be set by the board but should not exceed double the maximum salary available to the governor of New Mexico.
