Summary:
 House Bill 45 (HB 45) relates to crime and provides that embezzlement includes embezzling for another’s use.
Legislation Overview:
 House Bill 45 (HB 45) amends Section 30-16-8 by providing that embezzlement consists not only of embezzling something of value to the person’s own use, but also includes embezzlement for another’s use.
Current Law: 
 Currently, the crime of embezzlement does specifically provide that the crime applies to embezzling for another's use.
